José Manuel Calle Macedo † Graduated from the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos, Lima, Peru. Attorney specialized in commercial law and contracts. He pursued studies in Business Administration at the Escuela Superior de Negocios para Graduados “ESAN”, Lima. He was temporarily appointed Chief Executive Officer of E.S. De Laney Corp. (automotive sector). He also served as a member of various government committees related to cattle raising and manufacturing industries. In recognition of his contributions, he was honored by the Government of Peru with the Order of Agricultural Merit.
Gonzalo Calle Morelli Graduated from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú; M.A. from The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, with core courses at Harvard Law School, Massachusetts, U.S.A. He also graduated from the National School of Customs. Former principal adviser to the Minister of Industry, Trade, Tourism, and Integration. Specialized in international taxation, customs, international trade, and regulatory frameworks.
Eduardo Calle Fiocco Graduated from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. Holds a Master’s degree in Company Law from the Graduate School of the Universidad de Lima. Specialized in labor law, admiralty, contracts, commercial litigation, and real estate law.
Consuelo Chavarri Gonzalo Graduated from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. She worked at INDECOPI, the government agency responsible for intellectual property, market competition, consumer claims, among other areas. Her main practice areas include intellectual property, government procurement, immigration law, and taxation, as well as admiralty, contracts, commercial litigation, and real estate law.
